How does it work?

We work with you, the business owner to construct a simple, actionable and measureable business strategy and plan.  Your business strategy will document the vision, mission and objectives of the business, which then are mapped to specific strategies and action plans.   The strategies and actions support the overall objectives of the company but importantly they become the basis of management.

The objective of our Business Strategy service is to create a concise business strategy, making communication and coordination easier, less time consuming and more productive to enable successful execution of the plan. .  Through our 3-step collaborative consulting process we will:

1.     Gather information to develop the context for creating your business strategy through our business evaluation.

2.     Strategy session.  Develop Vision, Mission, Objectives, Strategies, and Action Plans in a short and intense one-day session.  (Requires pre-work to complete in single day)

3.     Review final strategy and action plans.  Review final Strategy and Plans with you to ensure all actions support the strategies developed.
