What is the Business Operations Effectiveness Assessment?

You’ve been in business for a while but sense that you are not as effective or as profitable as you could be.  You understand ‘your business’ and what you do for your clients but feel that your understanding of the mechanics of running your business are not what they should or could be.  Our Business Operations Assessment looks at your current business operations and provides you with a road map to take your business operations to the next level.

How does it work?

Over the duration of approximately 3 to 4 weeks, we will conduct a series of interviews and surveys.  We will review all aspects of your current business operations including the effectiveness of key measures and indicators of performance.  Once we have the current situation understood, we will evaluate the effectiveness of your activities as it relates to your stated business goals to provide you with a set of actionable recommendations along with implementation advice to improve your operational effectiveness.

What do you get?

• A Business Operations Effectiveness Report outlining your current situation, what is working, what is not, and actions which can be taken to improve your business operations.  This will include implementing practices to help you focus on your key performance indicators so that you will be able to take actions to continually improve your business.
• A set of actions which you can implement (or we can do it for you if you wish)
• Implementation advice for taking the next steps
